i am a canberra based counsellor who believes that feeling heard and understood is the foundation for change. i offer a warm, authentic, and compassionate space where you can be yourself without judgement. my approach is grounded in empathy and positive regard, and i work alongside each person in a way that respects their unique story and strengths.
i’m the parent of three adult children and know that life brings both challenges and unexpected opportunities. outside of work, i enjoy hiking, cycling, rowing, and spending time outdoors to help me stay grounded and connected. i am also proud to have volunteered with red cross and lifeline.
